For over the past 10 years, OTEC has been helping financial services organizations develop the skills of team members to ensure consistent and excellent service is provided to all corporate and retail customers.

Kibbi is a job search platform and app created by newcomers and international students who once faced the same challenge—finding meaningful work in a new community. Inspired by these experiences, they built Kibbi to make the job market more inclusive and accessible. With the support of local employment services, Kibbi has grown into a community-first hiring platform that champions local connections, empowering businesses and talent to thrive together.

New Canadians TV Network is an information hub that empowers immigrants to build their Canadian success stories. With a strong presence across TV and the web, they feature immigrant success stories, immigration news, actionable advice and trusted resources for pre-arrival preparation and settlement in Canada. They also provide valuable insights on employment, entrepreneurship, and skills training to ease newcomer integration into Canadian society and workforce.

Mentoring Partners

OCISO is the largest settlement agency in Eastern Ontario. They provide settlement and integration, multicultural counselling, act as a multicultural liaison, English language instruction and career mentorship to newcomers to Canada. For Canada InfoNet, OCISO arranges mentors and facilitates occupation-specific mentoring for mentees landing in Ontario.

Located in Calgary, Alberta, CRIEC is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to effectively and efficiently connect newcomer professionals with strategies designed to lead to successful employment outcomes. Canada InfoNet partners with CRIEC to match internationally experienced professionals who are bound to Alberta with local mentors.

Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba – SSC is a community-based, not-for-profit organization, dedicated to the recognition of the skills, training, education and knowledge of immigrant professionals and skilled workers, leading to workplace participation appropriate to their credentials. Canada InfoNet partners with SSC to match internationally experienced professionals who are bound to Manitoba with local mentors.

Located in Penticton, British Columbia, SOICS is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a welcoming and inclusive community by promoting cultural harmony and diversity. For over 40 years, it has offered free services for newcomers in South Okanagan-Similkameen region, this includes language classes, employment supports, mentoring and much more. Canada InfoNet partners with SOICS to match internationally experienced professionals who are bound to British Columbia with local mentors.

Funded by the Government of Canada, Planning for Canada is a free pre-arrival service that helps economic and family class immigrants prepare for life in Canada. Planning for Canada provides information, resources, and contacts to help immigrants succeed in Canadian workplace and community. Planning for Canada refers its clients to Canada InfoNet for additional pre-arrival employment supports.

YMCA of Greater Toronto offers 2 pre-arrival services Next Stop Canada and prearrivalcanada.ca . These programs offer free online services and support to those who have received approval from IRCC to come to Canada. Next Stop Canada prepares prearrival participants by providing you with meaningful personalized settlement information about Canada. With this knowledge they will be able to make more informed decisions prior to arrival. The prearrivalcanada.ca portal is a one-stop shop to learn about and connect with all pre-arrival services funded by IRCC.

Active Engagement and Integration Project (AEIP) is the online initiative of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. which provides free pre-landing services to support the settlement, adaptation and integration of individuals moving to Canada. Funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), AEIP aims to facilitate smooth transition for newcomers to Canada by providing services that promote community and labour market engagement prior to their departure.
